Steps to Renting Games
STEP 1: Submit the online start reservation questionnaire right here so that we can get details from you (i.e. what games you want, when you want the rental to take place, pick-up or delivery, etc.). This form is a mandatory first step even it you email us separately your list of game choices. Our game pricing can be found here. Be sure to also check the game availability page to see if the games that you want are available for your date(s). We will need all of that information on the form to do the proper paperwork required for the rental (receipt/invoice/rental agreement). NOTE: We do not have the manpower to staff delivered games with a continuous person to monitor them and players. The delivery option only includes set-up and tear-down (if needed).

STEP 2: Once we receive the online submitted form we will review it and reply to you via an email reply within a few hours. If you don't see an email reply form us, then please check your spam folder. We will iron out the fine details with you via an email chain until you are pleased with the game(s) rental plan. Only $25 of the grand total would be due up front to reserve the games for your date(s). Most prefer to pay via credit card. We only operate on a first come, first serve basis, so getting that $25 in as fast as possible is paramount to reserving the games that you want for your date(s) requested. Don't delay on reserving with $25 down or you may miss out on either your game selection(s) and/or date(s) requested. If you choose to handle payment via credit card, then we will email you a secure credit card link to enter your information so that we can manually charge your card. If you prefer to pay via Venmo or business check, then we will send you our Venmo ID or mailing address for the check. We will still require to have a CC on file even if not paying via CC. For mailed payments we will give you a verbal 1 week (no more) reservation hold to allow time for the check to arrive. If you are tax exempt, then you will need to email us the proper documentation after we contact you back via email so that we have that on file and can charge you appropriately.

STEP 3: Once reserved we will (within 24 hours) email you a formal receipt/invoice and rental agreement to sign and send back to us. If you are picking up, then we will also email you detailed pick up directions for Hillsboro or Maryland Heights, MO. We do not send the pick up location address until the $25 reservation has been paid, since we have had renters show up in the past without a reservation. If you chose the delivery option, then the game minimums and delivery fees are denoted and based on this STL area map here. Delivery fees for the delivery option are based on 3 zones outlined on the map ($30/$50/$75). Clicking on each zone on the map will give you more details. There are no game minimums or extra fees if you pick-up and return yourself. Lastly, we do have a cancellation policy in place that can be read here.
