Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Once reserved with a $25 down payment you can cancel up until 30 days of your pick-up or delivery and receive a full refund of your $25 reservation deposit and any other payments made. If you cancel within 30 days of your rental date up until 24 hours before the rental pick up or delivery, then only the initial $25 reservation fee paid is non-refundable (but any other payments made will be refunded). If you cancel within 24 hours of your pick-up or delivery (after the final balance has been paid/charged and our vehicle has already been fully loaded with your rental), then there will be no refund of ANY payments paid to St. Louis Game Rentals and only a rescheduling will be offered provided we are not already in route to your rental delivery/pick-up. You are allowed a one-time rescheduling* of your reservation to be used within 90 days of a cancellation to retain any monies paid from being forfeited. If you reschedule within 90 days of the original rental date, then all payments can be retained and you will lose nothing provided there are no further cancellations of the new rescheduled date. If the new rescheduled rental date is also cancelled, then all payments are forfeited and no more reschedules can be made. (*with the exception of an inclement weather event that would require a 2nd rescheduling)
If you are doing a pick-up from us at a preset, mutually agreed upon time and you do not show up at such time (or reach out to us beforehand to schedule an alternate meeting time), then due to other obligations we will wait only 15 minutes beyond our agreed upon scheduled meeting time before leaving. If you do not show up or contact us before we leave either via a text or a phone call, then all monies paid are non-refundable and no reschedules honored.
